What is Solution Focused Hypnotherapy?
A safe and powerful psychotherapeutic approach that can achieve positive results in a short space of time.  
As opposed to other therapies that dig-in to your past and concentrate on analysing problems, Solution Focused Hypnotherapy focuses on the present and the future, moving you towards your desired goals and solutions.
Sessions are a collaborative process, using a powerful combination of Psychotherapy and Hypnosis to reduce anxiety, calm the mind and focus the power of our thoughts towards making significant, positive changes for a better life.
What happens in the sessions?
Initial Consultation - We start with a FREE initial consultation, which provides you with an opportunity to discuss the kind of help you are looking for and whether hypnotherapy is the right choice for you. During this session, I will gather some general information to help with the assessment and you can ask any questions you have about the process. I will give you an insightful explanation of how the brain works and how hypnotherapy can help. This session usually takes 45 mins - 1 hour.
If you feel you would benefit from working with me, subsequent tailor-made sessions can be arranged and you will be sent an MP3 audio to listen to each night, to support your journey towards positive change.
Armed with new knowledge on how to regain control of your thoughts, you will leave this first session feeling better.

Subsequent sessions - How many sessions you need, will depend on what help you are looking for; we will have a better idea after our initial consultation together.  Each session is 1 hour long.
As a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist, I will guide you towards what you want to achieve through finding solutions, rather than analysing the problems. Each session combines a modern psychotherapeutic approach; using practical, structured and well-researched strategies, a kind of 'talking therapy', along with hypnosis through guided relaxation.
By working collaboratively, you will experience significant positive changes in a relatively short period of time.
