I am a qualified Solution Focused Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist - holding the nationally accredited Hypnotherapy in Practice Diploma (HPD) - The Gold Standard in hypnotherapy training. I also hold a Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (DSFH) awarded through The Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy Training in Bristol - the leading hypnotherapy training centre in the country.
I have always been a people helper for as long as I can remember, a path which has given me much joy and satisfaction. I home educated our 3 children throughout their school years into adulthood and supported hundreds of other families on their educational journeys since 2008. As the years progressed, I realised there was an even greater need to support people with their mental health and well-being. So, since 2014 I have been studying and training to gain further knowledge, skills and qualifications to enable me to help even more people to live happier, more content and fulfilled lives.
I am genuinely excited when I get the opportunity to share my knowledge and skills with those looking to make positive changes in their lives. Even after all these years of helping people, I am blown away by the powerful changes I witness in those people who choose to explore their new possibilities.
